Provide daily support in accounting functions including accounting voucher preparation, data input, filing and perform daily accounting operation
Process accurate and timely payments to vendors and employees
Assist in month-end closing of entities at regional level
Assist in the preparation of various reports and working plans to the Headquarters
Provide general administrative support to Finance Department
Undertake ad-hoc duties as required
Degree in accounting or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting field preferable
Well-organized, detail-oriented and meticulous
Experience in business analysis and regional controlling essential
High adaptability, good team player, self-motivated, eager to learn and can work under pressure
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) essential
High proficiency in MS office applications, knowledge in Oracle / NC will be an advantage
Immediate available preferred
